She’s a celebrated South African actress, television producer, and businesswoman, widely recognised for her role in Rhythm City. Now she’s taking on the road in a Jetour Dashing, joining the Jetour family as a brand influencer.
Nolo Phiri is a passionate storyteller and creative producer with over 15 years’ experience in South Africa’s television and media industry, spanning drama, documentary, commercial, and digital content. With a background in performance and a strong focus on meaningful, audience-driven storytelling, she has produced content for major platforms including Mzansi Magic, Showmax, ETV, Paramount, and SABC.
“As I am constantly moving between sets, business meetings and projects, time and reliability is everything. Another feature that Phiri loves is the keyless entry function. “As someone who’s always juggling things, whether its groceries, production files or even just my handbag, it’s such a game changer! It’s a small detail but it makes a big difference in my day-to-day,” she says.
Although she usually navigates the city streets of Jozi, Phiri will soon be taking her Jetour Dashing on a longer trip as she heads to Limpopo for a special project this month. She’s currently in pre-production for a Destination Marketing Digital Series that will be filmed in the province, profiling trailblazing women in the television industry while showcasing Limpopo’s beauty as the backdrop. It’s a true passion project for her, especially as someone born and raised in the province.
