One person was injured following a single-vehicle collision on the N2 Southbound, just below the Sibaya Bridge, a short while ago.
According to initial reports, the driver lost control of the vehicle and crashed into the roadside barriers.
KZNVIP Medics responded swiftly to the scene, where the driver was assessed and treated for injuries. The individual declined further medical treatment and transport.
No other vehicles were involved in the incident. The cause of the crash cannot be confirmed at this stage.
All relevant emergency services were on scene.
