Empire Protection Services, was alerted by the controller on duty (November Kilo) at First Call Assit (FCA) for a hijacked Ford Bantam (Silver) which was seen moving after being hi-jacked several weeks ago from Parlock in the Newlands West area of Durban in KZN.
Members of Empire Protection Service, were dispatched and recovered the vehicle together with members of TRIO crimes from the South African Police Service (Kwa-Mashu) outside a prominent local mall in the Kwa-Mashua area of Durban in KZN.
Upon closer inspection the vehicle was found to be fitted with false number plates, a removed vin number and removed license disc.
This recovery was made possible through team work with First Call Assist (FCA), South African Police Service and Empire Protection Service.
The vehicle was handed over to the South African Police Service and entred into the SAP13 at Kwa-Mashu SAPS on a positive CAS (30/7/2025) registered at the Newlands SAPS.
