Between 11 Monday to 15 Friday August 2025, the Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Police Department (EMPD) Officers and other stakeholders, recovered nine (9) reported stolen vehicles in different areas.
A white Toyota Fortuner, white Ford fiesta, white Toyota pickup, white Isuzu pickup, white Toyota Corolla, a silver Hyundai Elantra, a white VW Polo, a white Nissan pickup, and a silver Toyota Etios, were recovered in the, Tembisa and Winnie Mandela, Boksburg and Tsakane areas.
The vehicles were found abandoned in the said areas and were taken to Aeroton Pound for safe keeping. No arrests have been made.
