KZNVIP members apprehended a suspect following suspicious behaviour along the Phoenix Highway towards Clayfield, during the early hours of Monday morning.
On noticing an approaching KZNVIP vehicle, the suspect dropped a rim and tyre before attempting to flee. KZNVIP officers swiftly apprehended the suspect and found him in possession of booster cables and other valuable items.
The suspect later confessed to stealing the items from a property in Kentgate.
SAPS Phoenix were notified of the incident. KZNVIP Security Teams remain committed to eradicating crime within the communities of operation.🤝
