A white Nissan & a white Izuzu bakkie collided at the R102/King Shaka International Airport (KSIA) traffic lights at 19:07 today (Sunday).
Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) arrived on scene & found both vehicles extensively damaged. The driver of the Nissan Navara informed Reaction Officers that he was travelling from Ballito – KZN and was passing through the area when he collided with the Izuza that was also passing through the traffic lights. The rear tyre of the Izuzu became dislodged on impact.
IPSS Medical treated a man on scene for injuries sustained.
