CBD Bylaws & Traffic Enforcement Team today in Dr Yusuf Dadoo Street and Monty Naicker Street, a driver was found obstructing the flow of traffic by failing to use the designated loading zone.
The driver was charged accordingly.
Four foreign nationals were taken in for verification with Home Affairs.
All is in order around the EThekwini Municipality.
