Five goats were stolen from a property in Buffelsdraai earlier today (Thursday).
The theft occurred when a silver Toyota Etios with a CH registration plate stopped outside the property. According to the owner, several men exited the vehicle, entered the fenced yard where the goats were grazing, and herded them into a shed.
The thieves then captured five goats, loading them into the boot and backseat of the car before fleeing at high speed in an unknown direction.
The owner contacted Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) for assistance. Reaction Officers were immediately dispatched and met with the complainant on Jabu Ngcobo Road in Inanda – KZN (pictured). Officers conducted an extensive search for the suspects, but no arrests have been made thus far.
