Hijacked vehicles recovered in Clayville West

While conducting patrols in the Olifantsfontein area, members of the Gauteng Traffic Police and Gauteng Traffic Wardens Critical Infrastructure Unit received a tip-off regarding two hijacked vehicles, a Ford Ranger and a Suzuki, located in Clayville West.

Within an hour, and working in collaboration with Cartrack, the Wardens together with EMPD and Ivory Park SAPS recovered the Ford Ranger, six (6) victims cellphones, and a Honda Civic which had been used in the commission of crimes in Ivory Park.
