Public assistance is required to locate 13-year-old Joshua Zackerry Higgo (pictured).
He is a Grade 6 learner at Mounthaven Primary School in Mountview – KZN. His mother arrived at the school and was informed by educators that her son had not attended classes today (Wednesday).
