Reaction Officers have recovered a blood stained black jacket (picture 1) in the rear of a bakkie while investigating an abandoned vehicle in Blackburn – KZN this afternoon (Sunday).
Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) received information about a vehicle seen in an isolated rural area by a couple passing through at 14:33. Upon arrival, a white Hyundai H100 with registration plates CX39RS ZN was found parked in a sugar cane plantation.
Reaction Officers traced the number plates and established that the vehicle was not reported as stolen or hijacked.
