Just before 8am this morning ALS Paramedics responded to numerous calls of a shooting incident on Nottingham Place in Mobeni South of Durban.
Paramedics arrived on the scene to find a male in his forties had sustained multiple gunshot wounds to his body. He was in a critical condition and Advanced Life Support Paramedics worked to try and stabilize him on the scene. Due to the severity of the man’s injuries he went into a state of Cardiac Arrest and despite extensive resuscitation efforts on the scene the man passed away.
At this stage the events leading up to the shooting is unknown however SAPS were in attendance and will be investigating further.
