GQEBERHA – The Family Violence, Child Protection and Sexual Offences (FCS Unit in Gqeberha is seeking the assistance of the community in tracing the two 16-year-old boys, namely, Tegan Thornburn and Blessiing Mastongo, who were reported missing on Sunday 30 September 2025.
The two boys are residing at Erica Children’s Home in Hillside and absconded from the facilities on abovementioned date and never returned.
Information was received that the boys were last seen in the vicinity of Summerstrand.
Police resumed with the search operation, and subsequent to that a team of detectives continued with the investigation. All these efforts had since been unsuccessful.
