On 3 October 2025, members from the EITT and TSU Units executed a search warrant at a suspected illegal prostitution house and drug den in the Umhlatuzana area.
During the operation, one male suspect was arrested for:
1. Possession of suspected rock cocaine (21 pieces)
2. Possession of suspected cocaine (4 bags)
3. Possession of suspected crystal meth (7 bags)
4. Possession of proceeds of crime amounting to R2,050
The total estimated street value of the recovered drugs is R4,800.
The suspect was detained at Bayview SAPS.
