Pictured is a 39 year old Emona resident that was apprehended by a member of Reaction Unit South Africa in Tongaat earlier today for Theft of Municipal property. The suspect was found in possession of gates & fencing stolen from a public tennis court.
He was later released after the witness preferred not to provide a statement.
