Public assistance is required to locate the family of the child (pictured).
Residents of Lily Road in Waterloo contacted Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) after they noticed the boy walking aimlessly in the area. RUSA Members arrived on scene at approximately 18:26 and attempted to question the child however he appears to be mentally challenged. He cannot provide his name or his address. The boy is dressed in a black hoodie and pink shorts.
