Members of the Johannesburg Tactical Response Team apprehend four suspects and recover unlicensed firearms with in Langlaagte
Four suspects were swiftly apprehended by members of the Johannesburg Tactical Response Team (TRT) in Langlaagte on Wednesday, 16 March 2022 for possession of unlicensed firearms and ammunition.
The members reportedly obtained information on the four men, aged between 36 and 45, and successfully intercepted their vehicle in Langlaagte.
A search led the members to recover three firearms and ammunition. The firearms will be subjected to ballistic tests to establish whether it may be link to other serious crimes committed.
