“Provincial Government of Unity has intervened by assisting the Dludla Family following the death of Mrs Philipine Dludla (84) and her three children in a road accident,” MEC for Transport and Human Settlements Siboniso Duma stated.
“The victims will be laid to rest following a joint intervention involving eThekwini Municipality. We know that there is nothing that will ever replace our loved ones when they have left us”.
“In this regard, we pray to God to mend the broken hearts of family members and neighbours,” he concluded during his visit to the family in J Section, Umlazi.
