The family of 30-year-old Simphiwe Mlotshwa also known as Nkosikhona (pictured) is requesting information surrounding his disappearance.
On Sunday (08/01/2023), Mlotshwa and his friends were allegedly swimming at a beach in Margate – KZN when he began experiencing difficulty. His family was informed of the incident two days later but his body is yet to be recovered.
They are in possession of a video captured on the same day showing a man in distress while swimming but they cannot confirm if it is Mlotshwa. An inquiry (02/01/2023) was registered at the Margate SAPS.
