This morning at approximately 7:00, Kwazulu Private Ambulance Service responded to the R33 Kambula road for reports of an accident.
When paramedics arrived they found that a car had lost control and left the road, rolling multiple times.
Paramedics quickly assessed the scene and found that a single occupant had sustained serious injuries. The patient was treated on scene and transported to the hospital.
It is suspected that the driver fell asleep on the way to the South Coast for the holidays. Please remember to take a break every 2 hours when traveling long distances.
