LIMPOPO – The Police in Lebowakgomo outside Polokwane are investigating two cases of missing persons which took place separately in the area.
It is reported that an elderly man, Sekgonami Jackson Phala aged 76 from Ga-Maja in Koppermyn was last seen on the 1st February 2020 at about 07:30, at home before the disappearance.
During his disappearance the exact clothes he was wearing are unknown.
Whereas, in another incident a 46-year-old Ngwanalejane Mphahlele from Maijane Ramorake, Ga-Mphahlele was last seen by his family on the 16 January 2020.
It is alleged that the missing person is mentally challenged and during his disappearance the exact clothes he was wearing are unknown.
The police were notified about the two incidents and started with the search operations in and around the area with no success.
The search operations and investigations are still continuing.
