A suspect that was attempting to break into a residence on Litchi Crescent in Brindhaven was apprehended by members of Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) and the homeowner on Russom Street in Verulam, KZN this morning (04/10/2021).
The suspect entered the property and was attempting to gain entry into the residence when he was disturbed. The homeowner pursued him with his vehicle and contacted RUSA for assistance. Reaction Officers intercepted the suspect and apprehended him on Russom Street.
He is believed to be linked to several break-ins and thefts in Brindhaven and surrounding areas.
