The police in Douglasdale are looking for a Chinese national known as Zhuang Xiaohe from Fourways.
It is alleged that the 48-year-old man was last seen at Monte Casino on the evening of Monday, 27 September 2021 wearing a black long sleeves sweater, blue denim pants, and black shoes.
