He is being sought for the theft of reels of razor wire from a warehouse on Groom Street in the Verulam CBD – KZN. The stolen goods are estimated to be valued at approximately R30 000. The thief is believed to be a Heroin addict. A criminal case has been registered at the Verulam SAPS.
