A 2.5 meter Black Mamba was captured on a property in Belvedere – KZN.
A resident of Saunders Circle contacted the Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) Tongaat Operations Centre requesting assistance after the noticed a large grey/black snake in the property.
Reaction Officers Jordan Tarr was dispatched to assist and on arrival, located the highly venomous Black Mamba under a Koi Pond.
Officer Tarr captured the reptile without incident.
