Civil dispute between two friends leads to vehicle being reported stolen!
Members of Empire Protection Services , were dispatched by Cartrack for a stolen vehicle ~ Toyota Starlet (white) moving in the Phoenix area.
While mobile to the location, we were updated with new co-ordinates in the same area. Upon arrival of members it was established that the vehicle was in the possession of the legal owner and infact not stolen.
The legal owner then advised of a dispute between herself and a friend.
