Two (2) females were injured after the vehicle they were travelling in overturned and landed into a neighbouring property on Primrose Drive in Southridge – KZN today (Thursday).
The Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) Operations Centre became inundated with calls for Medical Assistance for the occupants of the grey Honda Ballade. On arrival, the vehicle was found lying on the passenger side next to the house. Both females suffered Concussions in the accident.
The seventy two (72) year old driver stated that she was turning into a driveway and accidentally accelerated. Her vehicle veered off the narrow driveway, overturned and landed into a neighbouring property. The driver and her 53 year old passenger sustained moderate injuries.
They were transported to hospital for medical intervention.
