The Aliwal North Family Violence, Child Protection and Sexual Offences (FCS) Unit is seeking the community’s assistance in tracing a #missing 15-year-old boy, Tshepiso Tapana, also known as “Manunu.”
Tshepiso was reported missing on 22 November 2025, when an investigation was initiated. It is alleged that he was last seen by his family at his home in Vula Vala, Maletswai, on 7 November 2025. According to reports, his mother had given him money to go to a nearby shop; however, he never returned home.
At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a red tracksuit pants, blue long sleeve t-shirt and black short sleeve t-shirt with white tekkies.
Police are appealing to anyone who can assist in the tracing “Manunu” to contact the investigating officer, D/Sgt NF Sibonde on 073 196 8305, Crime Stop on 08600 10111 or their nearest police station. All information is strictly confidential and callers may remain anonymous.
