Additional Location Info: At intersection of Marlboro and Pretoria Main (going north) and Eastern Services Rd (going south) the traffic light / robot needs to be reset. In peak morning traffic it only allows 2 vehicles to cross before turning red. The bulk of the traffic in the morning comes from the N3 and there is a GIGANTIC bottleneck caused by only allowing two (2) vehicles to cross at a time.
