West Coast Medical Rescue responded to reports of a vehicle that overturned after colliding with a traffic circle in Saldanha.
Upon arrival four patients were treated for injuries ranging from minor to moderate before being transported to a nearby hospital.
Metro EMS and SAPS attended the scene
