At approximately 00:16 yesterday morning the 16th of November 2025, Rustenburg First Responders received a call reporting a motor vehicle accident on the R510.
Information received indicated that a single vehicle had lost control and overturned down an embankment, leaving one patient entrapped. Rustenburg First Responders, together with Trauma Rescue EMS and Fire and Rescue Services, were immediately dispatched to the scene.
Upon arrival, EMS teams and Fire and Rescue personnel worked hand in hand to safely extricate the entrapped patient. The patient was then treated, stabilised, and transported to hospital for further care.
This scene was attended by Rustenburg First Responders, Trauma Rescue EMS, and Fire and Rescue Services.
