A retired Policeman made contact with Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) at 18:08 (Tuesday) reporting that four (4) teenagers were fleeing an accident scene.
Reaction Officers were informed that the boys believed to be approx. thirteen (13) years old had knocked into two (2) females walking on the M27/Jabu Ngcobo Road. The white VW Polo with no registration plates then fled the scene into Waterloo – KZN.
Reaction Officers located one (1) injured victim at her home (pictured).
