Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) received a call from a passerby at approximately 04:04 (Sunday) reporting a male lying in the roadway in Oakford – KZN.
Reaction Officers were immediately dispatched and, upon arrival, discovered the lifeless body of an unidentified man. The victim sustained multiple gunshot wounds to his back. Three (3) 9mm spent cartridges were recovered near the body.
The motive for the murder is unknown at this stage.
