Over the past weekend, Titanium Securitas received information regarding a theft case opened by a local supermarket involving stolen liquor valued at approximately R10,000.
The Titanium Securitas Armed Response Officers immediately acted on the information and successfully detained three suspects in the informal settlement known as “The Vlak.” The suspects cooperated and provided details about their accomplices.
Working closely with Kraaifontein SAPS, the team followed up on the leads which resulted in the arrest of a fourth suspect at another location in Kraaifontein. Further questioning led to information about the getaway driver involved in the theft.
Once again, Titanium Securitas and Kraaifontein SAPS responded swiftly, detaining the final two suspects shortly after.
In total, six suspects were arrested within hours of the case being reported.
