A swift reaction by the Provincial Task Team members led to the recovery of a truck which was hijacked at Umlazi BB Section on Monday with goods valued at approximately R250 000. A few hours after the hijacking was reported, police recovered the hijacked truck abandoned together with the goods at the Golokodo area under the Folweni policing precinct.
Investigations are ongoing to locate the suspects who hijacked the truck.
