SCOPA’s inquiry into the Road Accident Fund has been one of the most consequential parliamentary oversight processes in recent South African history. On 24 July, the Chairperson who led it will share what Parliament found with the professionals, advocates, and victims who have lived with the consequences.
Hon. S.S. Zibi, MP, will address the session in person, sharing a direct account of what the inquiry found and what Parliament now expects to follow. Attendees are invited to engage directly with Hon. Zibi during an open question and answer session.
