Mlungisi police are seeking the assistance of the public in finding a missing person, Mr Ayabonga Ngxabazi, a 21-year-old man. He was last seen on 25 December 2022 at Dinangwe Tavern at Newvale. A preliminary investigation was conducted with no success.
He was wearing a camouflage jacket, a pair of black jeans and black tekkie shoes.

A missing person file was registered for Ken William Brummer (38) who was reported missing after he was last seen on 25 December 2022 walking in Kameeldoring Street, Bothaville towards the power station.
He was reported missing by his girlfriend and he was last seen wearing a blue shirt, cream pants with a cap. The search has initiated by Bothaville SAPS.

An elderly woman, Caroline Mpai Mantje was reported missing by her daughter on 27 December 2022. The daughter went to visit her mother who resides at Phokeng, Thabong on 27 December 2022 at about 05:50. She found the shack locked from outside, she left and came back later and discover that her mother was still not at home.
The daughter asked the neighbour about her mother’s whereabouts and she related that they had a conversation the previous night at 21:00.
Police initiated the search to look for her without success.

The mother of Neo Mofokeng (17) from Dagbreek, Welkom reported her daughter missing after she attended the Matjhabeng Summer Blow event on 26 December 2022 at about 17:45. After she never came back home, her mother started to look for her but to her surprise a girlfriend of her daughter, who resides at Reahola, arrived the following day and brought the cellphone of her daughter. She related that Neo left them at the event to an unknown destination.
Preliminary investigation reveals that the police tried to trace the boyfriend known as Junior but could also not be found.
