A white 2022 Toyota Rumion with registration BH95ZTZN, was hijacked on Monday, 11 August 2025 at approximately 19:00.
The incident occurred near a local tuck shop on Mabija Road, Chesterville, when the owner was forcibly removed from his vehicle by two (2) armed suspects. One (1) of the suspects was in possession of a firearm.
The hijacked 7-seater vehicle had distinguishing features, including missing wheel caps, a cracked front windscreen on the passenger side, and a tow bar at the rear. The car had two bars of fuel at the time of the incident.
