BLOEMFONTEIN – Mangaung Metro Joint Operational and Intelligence Structure; South African Police Service, Mangaung Metro Municipality Law Enforcement [Disaster Management, Fire & Rescue, Traffic, Health Safety], Free State Gambling Liquor and Tourism Authority, PSIRA and Emergency Medical Services continue to provide safety and security for festivalgoers at Lemo Fest and CUFA Fest. The two festivals are underway at Lemo Green Park in Dr Belcher Road, and Old Grey’s in Park Road, Rose Garden and Toyota Stadium.
The integrated forces are deployed to execute various operational concepts as part of Operation Safer Festive Season Operation Shanela II.
