POTCHEFSTROOM – The police in Klerksdorp request community assistance in locating a 49-year-old Emmanuel Jackson Kigeri, a Rwanda National residing at no 08 Fuller Street, Ella Street in Klerksdorp. The missing person’s fiancé spoke to him on the phone on Wednesday, 10 December 2025, at around 14:00. He allegedly indicated that he was going to Potchefstroom. The fiancé called him again at around 16:00, but his phone was on voicemail. The fiancé never saw him or heard from him again.
A search was conducted around the surrounding areas without any luck. Extensive investigations were done and all leads were followed up with no success. At the time of his disappearance he was wearing a white shirt, khaki trouser, brown shoes with brown belt. He is dark in complexion, well-built and is 1,8m tall. He is bald, has black unshaven beard and moustache.
