A silver VW Polo 1.6 with registration BX 15 BL ZN was reported stolen from the parking area opposite the Tongaat Home Affairs office on Maharaj Street in Gandhi’s Hill, Tongaat – KZN yesterday (Thursday).
The driver had attended an event at the Shree Veeraboga Emperumal Temple and had parked the vehicle at approximately 12:40. At around 13:00, the vehicle was discovered missing.
The car is described as having a dented rear bumper and a damaged fuel tank cover. It had a full tank of fuel at the time of the theft. Two (2) stickers were affixed to the rear right passenger window, one (1) being a Discovery Medical Aid sticker and the other an OUTsurance sticker.
