The lifeless body of a man with his legs bound together was discovered in a parking lot at Gandhi Park in Phoenix – KZN this morning (Sunday, 10/05/2026).
Members of Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) were dispatched to the park at approximately 07:09 after a passerby discovered a male lying motionless in the parking lot.
On arrival, Reaction Officers found the man lying on the ground with blood visible from certain parts of his body. He is believed to have been stabbed.
His legs were bound together with a shoelace and he was confirmed deceased on scene.
